Online Ordering

We accept online order 7 days a week 24 hours a day. We use industry standard SSL technology to protect your privacy and credit card information while your order is in transit. Click here to read our Privacy & Security statement.

Order Tracking

For customers who choose to register when they checkout we offer the convenience of Order Tracking. Simply login to your account, click Order Tracking and select the order, which you are inquiring about to find out if your order has been shipped and to obtain the UPS tracking number.

Restocking Policy

Tiger Presentations will restock items at a 15% restocking fee. These items must be returned in new condition and be able to be resold as new. Please make sure when you send your items back, that care is taken to properly pack items to ensure their safe and undamaged return. All returns of this nature will require one to contact Customer Service for RA #. Customers must pay for all shipping charges.

Payment Terms

Credit Cards

We offer the convenience of online credit card transactions to all customers of www.tigerPresentations.com (corporate and consumer). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (or other Novus products). When using credit cards, we require the following information: account number, credit card type, cardholder’s name and expiration date exactly as it appears on the card. Incomplete credit card information cannot be processed. Declined bank authorization will not be processed. For these reasons, and to ensure your protection, all credit card orders must include your name, address and telephone number. An e-mail address is welcome, especially with on-line orders.

Distributor Accounts

For our Registered Corporate Customers (Distributor Accounts) we offer the choice of online credit card transactions or checks by mail. To apply for a Distributor Account, click here, and fill out the Corporate Account Registration form. We will contact you to verify your information.
